Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Thara AI website and Thara OS by organizations and authorized users. The official URL for these terms is https://tharaai.com/terms.

Acceptance

By using tharaai.com or Thara OS, you accept these terms as a user or authorized representative of an organization.

Service Scope

Thara OS helps organizations organize conversations, tasks, and operational signals and convert them into controlled actions.

WhatsApp integration uses Meta’s official flow. Email integration is deferred until business email and provider setup are ready.

Acceptable Use

The service must be used according to law, provider policies, and customer agreements. Abuse, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to disrupt the platform are prohibited.

No Unauthorized Messaging

The service may not be used for unauthorized or bulk messaging without consent. Live sending only works after owner authorization and tenant channel policy approval.

Thara does not send or publish external communications unless enabled within approved permissions and settings.

Subscriptions and Commercial Activation

Self-serve billing is not enabled yet. Commercial activation can be requested from the subscriptions page or through the team. The site does not provide fake payment processing or automatic invoices.

Provider Channels

Use of WhatsApp, Meta, and any future email provider is subject to those providers’ terms and policies in addition to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and subject to customer controls. Thara AI is not responsible for unauthorized use or violations of provider policies.

Suspension and Updates

Access may be suspended or modified for security, legal, or contractual reasons. Material updates are published on this page.
