TRUST & SECURITY
Continuity does not remove boundaries.
The thread of work remains understandable when visibility, permission, approval, and evidence each stay in their proper place.
The thread of work, with clear boundaries
Trust means knowing who can see, who can act, and what happened afterward.
Visibility is not permission
Seeing something does not mean acting on it.
Information can appear in work context without the action being permitted. Understanding does not create a new permission.
Access boundaries begin with the organization
Context does not erase boundaries.
Access depends on the user and organization context. Platform authority does not become authority over customer data, and a user does not automatically see everything Thara knows.
Where did the information come from?
Source is part of the answer.
Where the product supports it, source, freshness, and state remain part of understanding. What cannot be verified is not presented as complete.

A suggestion is not approval
A recommendation does not grant permission.
Thara OS can clarify what needs a decision or suggest a next step. The action remains connected to the person with authority and when approval is required.
The trace of a decision
An action is not the outcome.
Approval is not outcome. An action event is not a confirmed business result. Context, evidence, state, and what happened afterward remain reviewable.
When state is not confirmed
Unknown does not become healthy by being displayed.
Unavailable, stale, or review-needed states remain visible instead of being quietly presented as healthy, complete, or successful.
One organization does not become another
Organization boundaries are part of the product.
Each organization keeps its own context and boundaries. One organization’s knowledge or authority does not become another organization’s.
Controls people can understand
Clarity that can be reviewed.
Access boundaries, work sources, approval states, and reviewable evidence appear in the product where supported. This page is informative, not contractual.
